To place an order, we require a signed and dated copy of your estimate along with a 50% deposit to put the order on the production schedule. The final balance is to be paid-in-full prior to shipment.

Lead time is dependent upon product selected as well as quantity ordered. For example, lead time for custom-milled groovy wood flooring may depend on quantity, desired widths, species and also time of year (production times around the holidays tend to be longer). Please contact us to inquire about current lead times for any specific product.

Each order is delivered common carrier to your business or residential job site. Forklift unloading is recommended. Buyer will need to furnish any equipment / manpower necessary to safely unload products at the delivery location.

We do not provide any direct install services of our products. However, we do have preferred install partners please don't hesitate to ask if we have a preferred install partner in your area.
